Payment Method & Checkout Process:
All orders are submitted through our online platform but finalized offline via phone communication. After placing your order, you will receive a notification that a Fern Distribution team member will contact you directly to confirm product availability, shipping arrangements, and complete payment over the phone.
We do not currently accept automated online payments. Orders are not finalized until confirmation and payment is completed during the phone call.
Limitation of Liability: Fern Distribution is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of any product sold. Products are sold as-is and Fern Distribution disclaims any implied warranties unless required by law.
